Temporary madness (The Blue Man Can) [2:00, 2362 kB]

Temporary madness, now she's in that state again
Talking of the end, it's how she feels
Temporary madness, sometimes up and sometimes down
Each time I turn around, there's nothing real

But it's no big deal, she knows
She's just wondering where to go
Into a place where all the men
Wear masks to hide their real intent
And she's just waiting on a friend, no

Temporary madness, keeps her frozen up inside
And all the tears I cried can't melt her down
It is the chemistry within
It is pleasure turned to sin

And down below, she preys upon
The victims that she's lost and won
Her darkness dark as darkness comes, no

Each time I turn there's nothing real
But I can't tell her how to feel

Temporary madness, sometimes up and sometimes down
Each time I turn around there's nothing real

Temporary madness...

The Blue Man Can are the best band in Haarlem. At least, I think so. And Maarten Veldhuis, their songwriter and singer, has always been my reason to try and be one too. May your best years come yet, friend.
