What are we doing?

December 5th, 1999
Just got back from Enter, Overijssel. Part of my family and me celebrated Sinterklaas (the Dutch version of the SantaClaus fest, where the presents are not given by the dude with the reindeer, but by a bishop from Spain who's actually really from Turkey and rides the rooftops on a white horse, aided by little black men in funny suits with feathers on top - I know, very confusing).

Also, I joined Uncle Willem's Woodchop Inc. in felling two huge trees. And last but not least I enjoyed a good Twentsch meal of peasoup, pig's paw, tail and ear. Yummy.
