What are we doing?
February 16th, 2004 Being ill. I was infected, Friday afternoon, by a kid called Java. Not in the flesh, since she wasn't even there, but by her daddy, who's my colleague. And I don't know what it is she had, but it feels like 'flu', and I've now got it too (or actually, I've had it since Friday, but it only really kicked in by the time I finished my drive yesterday): painful throatburn and clogged-up nose. Hot Coldrex time. There oughta be laws against it. Not the Hot Coldrex, mind you, 'cause that rocks, but colleagues-with-children. The very idea. What a process hazard, for one's company. |
