| What are we doing?
August 11th, 2003 They offered me money, to do this. Tsssk. The very idea. There probably are those who think me militaristic, because I do this. Yeah, well. You know. I still vote Labour, and I still hold rather leftist ideas. But I feel this is the least that I can do in return, for men who were and are, in principle, willing to give their lives for a country in which I can have those ideas in freedom. I notice this, I won't forget it. And therefore, gentlemen, this one is on the house. On the house you stand for and of which I have the honour to be a part. And it, Moroccan fellow citizen or not, thank God is still called 'Holland'. Good luck, go get them. |
