| What are we doing?

Being jubilant. Nothing less will do. I gained my driver's licence today, with Animo Nr.1. Which is a VERY GOOD driving school, for they got ME my licence, in some 45 lessons, 1 theoretical, and three practical exams. SO I thank Willem, his family, and my theoretical instructor Fred.  I thank, besides that, my equally VERY GOOD practical instructor Hans van Kammen, whom I will dearly miss, for his humour, intelligence, calm and leadership - but I MOSTLY thank my examiner, A. Ros, who today rocksolidly saw through my nervous failing, and for this deserves my eternal gratitude and respect. Life just got a whole load better. Save tomorrow for actually procuring that licence, from the local authorities - now, first, let's celebrate. I'm off for a spell.
